Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all momox fashion quality tags remain attached.
Ship the Package
Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
